Turkey SandwichĀ review by Donna
Great food and wonderful service. We always eat at the bar and the bartenders there, Lilly, Hunter and Abbie are phenomenal. The other server, Lisa H is amazing also when we eat in the restaurant area. Highly recommend.
Snead's PrawnsĀ review by Heather
Visiting from Pennsylvania and wanted seafood but didn't know where to go. After arguing in the car we said let's just go here next to the hotel! Who knew?? The bartender, Lily, made me the most delicious drink after asking me what I liked. And only $7. Was it happy hour?? I was on my way to happy! Seated after a very short wait, we were greeted by Jivaal. So knowledgeable about the menu and recommended great choices! I had Sneads Prawns and hubs had a special, a red fish meal with flash fried Parmesan Brussels sprouts. To die for! Both dishes were outstanding and the service was wonderful! Will definitely be back!
Filet MignonĀ review by Linda
This cut of meat is my favorite! Always cooked just the way I like it! Only thing I would want added is fresh rolls served with this Filet Mignon, mashed potatoes and salad!
Chicken MarsalaĀ review by Mrcrn22
The large group I was in was there on Monday, 08/25/25. The one waiter Joshua was good but the food came out haphazard & the kitchen server, Taylor was rude & disrespectful to my big sister. The meal was incorrect & my sister would not reach & put the plate in front of her, the server just dropped the plate in front of her & said, well that's how they fixed it. It didn't look very appetizing anyway. My dish was good but it taste more like Alfredo than Marsala sauce. I did not want the spinach but wanted asparagus instead. They did not co.e with the food and after finally getting Joshua's attention, he checked with the kitchen & they said they cut it up & put it in the pasta. He said I would not be charged for it but I was, $3.00 for what looked like 1 or 2 Small asparagus cut up. One tip was found that was about the size of the tip of a #2 pencil. It totally changed the taste of the pasta & I was actually picking it out of the pasta. He finally brought the check when I was in the bathroom & had taken other people's checks, so I forgot to ask about it until I was describing the dinner to my husband. Needless to say I was not happy.

Me and my husband tried this for the first time and it didn't disappoint us at all. I give it 5 stars

Fish and ChipsĀ review by Goinggoinggone2day
Unlike countless other visits to Sam Snead, tonight was a little different. Normally I am greeted within several seconds of entry, that was the same. Normally I am seated promptly, that was the same. Normally I am served by a person that makes me feel like I am important because I am a paying patron that wants good service and they want me to return. Hmm, well, tonight that was different! I was appalled that the male waiter quoted the price of the specials (featured items), the side salad, even how much the non-alcoholic drink cost. We were so stunned that the question had to be asked... "Do you normally quote the price of everything as you mention the different meals?" Of course, he seemed shocked that by the question. But it was very, very odd. What was even more of a shock or perhaps an eye opener was when we took notice to his behavior and greeting to other patrons. What was so shocking, he did not quote prices with the other two tables of Caucasians. That of course leads me to believe when a person doesn't look like me it is unnecessary to give them prices. I dare not assume it was merely my skin tone. But what else was different besides the obvious? Without making too many more assumptions, we kindly asked for the check. I was somewhat embarrassed because I'd bragged about the place so much to my guest and was eager to bring them to the spot. If I could've whipped out my Bugs Bunny black hole (portal), I would've done just that without hesitation. I can apologize for the server's bad choice of servicing us, but that does not make up for the unfavorable experience. No longer a fan of Sam Snead's

Our visit / food and Francesca was fantastic! She was on point as soon as we sat down. Thank you for our memorable first visit through town!
